Jones Buck, 94 of Longview,

the First United Methodist

Buck died Friday evening,
February 2, 2007 in a local
nursing facility.
Buck was bom January 9,
1913 in Long Branch, to Lee
and Jewel Jones. She She
received her Bachelor and
Masters Degree from Texas
State Women's College and
the University of Texas. She
was a career educator, serving
as a Home Demonstration
Agent in Victoria and a Home
Economics Professor at Penn
State University for over 25
years. She was preceded in
death by her husband,
Raymond F. Buck.
Buck is survived by her
brother, Cassity Jones, of
Longview; sister, Mildred
Jones Norris, of Longview;
nieces and nephews, Tommie
Lynn Jones Carley, of St.
Louis, Jan Jones Forester and
