The Valley View Eagles

campaign Friday with a
27 12 loss to Sacred Heart of
Muenster. The Eagles'
record for the year is 6 4.
The Tigers quarterback
Roger Endres scored the
first touchdown from five
yards following an Eagle
punt in the first quarter.
Kenny Felderhoff kicked the
extra point.
The Eagles came right back
on a 71 yard drive after
Darrell Miller faked a punt.
Danny Martindale took an
eleven yard pass from Jeff
Windle to score. Alan
Southards kick was no good
leaving the score at 7 6.
Sacred Heart came back in
the second with an 18 yard
touchdown run by Mark
Hess to make the score 13 6
at the half.
Following the half, Sacred
Heart scored again when
Hess carried the ball 11
yards to paydirt. Kick was
no good and the Tigers led
19 6.
In the fourth quarter
Valley View got back in the
game with a 60 yard
pass run play from Windle
to Billy Cope. Mark Kuntz
attempted the extra points
but failed.
Sacred Heart made another
touchdown and converted
the extra two to make the
score 27-12.
