Hot tips for
entertaining
For a holiday buffet,
you'll want a way to keep
your hot dishes Just that
way. Electric hot trays am
the number one choice be-
cause they are usually made
to keep foods warm, with-
out drying them up. Small
electric cooking appliances
are great too. You can cook
a dish in one end when
ready to set out on the
table, you can turn the
setting down to "warm." It
will hold at serving temper-
ature nicely that way.
There are many attrac-
tive tabletop warmers that
use canned fuels... alcohol
burners, butane gas burner,
or candles. Be sure to read
the instructions carefully,
as a safety precaution.
Dear Santa,
I want a Barbie Home,
record player, pwe, "A
Baby Alive," and tape*. I
love you Santa Claus.
Love,
Jackie Martin
