Wall, Director of Food
Services have combined
their ideas for reconstruc-
tion, to present these new
plans. ■
Rennovations of the Cen-
ter are needed to decrease
the overcrowdedness in the
snack bar in the morning,
and the Pub at night.
The plans are to extend
the Game Room and Pub by
removing the wall between
the two rooms; install a
partition for the Pub and
snack bar, so that both
rooms can be used for
morning and night hours.
Another addition is the Beer
Garden (patio) next to the
Pub. The garden will be
equipped with lawn furni-
ture for spring and summer
use.
With these new recon-
structions, the University
Center can be further used
for dances, coffeehouses,
movies and holding small
functions. It will also be
available for weekend activi-
ties.
It is also much more
convenient for the people
running the area.
Students are asked to
volunteer their time to help
restore the Center. Anyone
who has decor ideas for the
Center are asked to suggest
them to Lloyd Van Winkle.
