COTTON HARVEST
Dell Valley - Cotton harvest is underway in Dell Valley and
Hudspeth County. The cotton is stripper harvested, placed in
these modules that are 8 x 8 x 30 feet and contain 12 to 15

The weather in Dell Valley for the past few days has been so
very mild, clear and beautiful - wonder if it will turn colder by
Christmas? Near 70 degrees on Monday with clear, blue skies.
We would be the envy of some sections of the U. S. at this time.

Ed Prather is feeding some 8, 000 head of sheep now. in the val-
ley. Already packs of dogs left running loose are killing sheep.
If you value your pet, make sure it is contained and not let run
rampart over the valley doing this damage. You have only your-
self to blame if your dog is shot while chasing and killing sheep.
