The next luncheon meeting of the
Beth Yeshurun Sisterhood is calender-
ed for Tuesday, February 7th, at noon
in the South American Room of the
Rice Hotel. In anticipation of the com-
pletion of the building, a most impres-
sive program, “Beth Yeshurun-A Dream
Come True,” will be presented. Import-
ant data concerning the Kitchen Project
will be disclosed on this occasion.
Mrs. Ben F. Leff and Mrs. Harry
Paine are Chairmen of the Kitchen Pro-
ject, with Mrs. Harry Maltz and Mrs.
Bernard Slipakoff serving as co-Chair-
men. The Chairmen report that a num-
ber of women have already started fund
raising projects. At this luncheon, mem-
bers will be given an opportunity to
tell of their individual plans.
Early reservations for this important
affair should be made with Mrs. Saul
Prensky, LI-8774; or Mrs. Ben Katz,

the press is typical. Beth-Yeshurun's new home is worthy of national attention and plans are already being
made by newspapers and magazines io present the story of our congregation to the nation.
We, who are the stockholders of
our great new Temple, are natural-
ly proud of the comment and the
preparations that are being made
to bring us to the attention of the
nation. However, Beth Yeshurun
has a deeper meaning for us. Aside
from the fact that it is the finest
building of its type in the country,
it was designed and built to serve
a necessary need. Our 1200 mem-
bers and their families will
soon have a valuable addition to
their spiritual and social life. The
Educational Building, with its
many facilities, will be the scene of
