God’s angel took you by the hand
And led you to a better place, The Promised
Land.
So please watch over us left behind
And we will see you again, in time.
It’s been three long years since we last saw
you smile
How we long to see you if only for a little
while.
The emptiness and sorrow is with us still
How hard it is to accept God’s will.
You had so much to live for, so much yet to do
It seems almost impossible that we really lost
you.
The brightness of your smile, the twinkle in
your eye
Is lost to us forever and we never said good-
bye. '
