We thoroughly enjoyed the
H. R. Jefferies Junior High
Christmas Band Concert iast'
Tuesday under the direction of
Kim Reedy and Randy Newby.
It was held in the First Baptist
Church sanctuary, Which was
filled with die students’ proud
parents, grandparents, teachers
and friends. In addition to the
band music, it was an extra
treat to hear the seventh grade
choir perform under the
direction of Kay Quasi. (How
lucky these students are to
leam from someone so
musically talented.)
Thank you to all the choir
and band students and your
directors who performed so
well and who are enriching
their lives with music! And we
must mention and thank Jill
' Hodges for her wonderful
piano accompaniment and for
sharing her tremendous talent
with us all.
