The effort maile during the past six weeks has pro-
duced better results than I anticipated. Il has not only
enabled me to get good tenants for about two thousand
acres total, up to the present time, lint it has in addition,
produced considerable inquiry and gotten me in touch with
twenty-five or more prospective buyers. And if has also
secured the sale for me of several thousand acres from non-
resident land owners, mostly improved farms.
