Radar is proving very success-
ful in enforcing Texas’ speed
laws, according to Capt. Guy
Smith of the Highway Patrol of
tte Tyler district. There has
been a noticeable decrease in ac-
cidents since radar was put into
use on Nov. 15. Radar warning
signs are up on highways all over
Texas. Maybe these instruments
will reduce our large death and
' injured figures.
