Very Special Guests!
Here is your opportunity to hear in person, and after-
wards to meet, two distinguished personalities . . .
This time, we ll have two other family teams con-
ducting our ESP Shabbat service, and you should
prepare to be impressed by these Shabbat experts, the
Dan Mushers and the Lary Kupors. Again, it’s a genu-
ine delight to be able to turn over the service to lay
people who truly love their Judaism. And again, we
can’t stress enough what a warm, friendly, lively, ser-
vice ESP can be if you share it with your family, young
and old alike/ It’s a great way to get the Sabbath
habit . . . the happiest habit of all!
Yes, this Saturday morning’s service will be a very
unusual occasion! Cantor Grundfast, well known for his
unique singing ^tyle, will daven Shachrit and Musaf,
and it’s an event you won’t want to miss because every-
one will be talking about it! And Mrs. Sondock, ex-
tremely new to the Conservative rabbinate, will deliver
her maiden sermon at Beth Yeshurun, speaking on the
subject “Should We S;t Shiva For The ERA?"
Remember! E.S.P. has Something for Everyone!
• It’s informal . . . come as you are from home, work
or play.
• It’s inspirational . . . join the rabbi in blessing your
children.
• It’s short. .. only 45 minutes long ... spend Shabbat
Eve with your family.
• It’s shared . . . wine and challah for all to make the
Kiddush and Hamotzee.
NOTE: There will be NO service on July 23.
I
Lois and Dr. Lary
Kupor pose proudly
with their “cantorial
assistants” for the July
23 service . . . Scott,
Gregg and Jeff.
