For a random thought: why is it that we are so inexact ta•
wit hour time and precise with money, when time may well be • jfcS"
the most valuable of the two? That is, when we make a
purchase the cashier count's our .change out to the penny. But, ’
have you ever heard anyone say: “I’ll pick you up at 7:56"? Or
a hostess ask someone over to supper at 6:22? Nope, we
always cop out to the nearest quarter hour! It may be we are'
all just too lazy to be exact in our scheduling and run
consistently 8 minutes and 14 seconds behind!
