obj ected to the other one because he rode tie controls all
the ti 9e, and told -e thr't i wouldn't h:ve a ny trouble like
that witht him .. wJ 5ch is what i want ... i hated to
make such a lot of trouble, but i felt sure if i didn't
get a change, i would bust the first check i had, and t .en
trouble would really stm rt ... and since. i'ye 1;ottenthis
far, i think i could hardly stand it if i didn't do every-
thing i could to finiah ... the ex-instructor w's ery nice,
c1e over and told me he wi shed me lots of luck, and t1 o ,ht
i had been -rery fortunaEte in'getting the new instructor i
had ... i kept telling everyone i inter viewed thet it was
probably my fault, and tried not to put too much blcrne on
mr ward ... now that that is settled, i shall be much more
calm ... i've been so worried for a week, i couldn't even sleep
good ... the course is very difficult, Erd jou can't afford
to waste any tine, and you re, lly need elrery second for
practice ... had a wonderful letter fro' shelton, who's in
denver ... he's studying to be a flight control officer,
and will be there two months le= rninr th"e ropes, then will
