CONGRATULATIONS TO: Bonnie Goldstein Nadler, wifeof
Gary Nadler and daughter of Janice & Ralph Goldstein,
received a Master of Education Degree in Math at the
University of Texas in El Paso. Bonnie is presently teaching
math at the El Paso Community College . . . Ruthie Piller,
daughter of Willard & Barbara Piller, on her election as
Editor-in-Chief of the University of Houston Daily Cougar...
Ira Gene Lown, son of Camille & Herbert Lown, of Houston
has been selected as one of 2,000 Boy Scouts to represent the
United States at the 16th World Jamboree in Australia. There
will be 13,000 boys from more than 100 countries attending
the jamboree. Using the theme “Bringing the World To-
gether,” Scouts will test skills with youth from many lands,
take part in competitive events and enjoy the fellowship and
pageantry of World Scouting. Pre-jamboree activities will
include touring enroute and a home visit with a New Zealand
family over Hanukah. Ira is a member of the Order of Arrow
and is an Eagle Scout in Troop 1453. He is in the 10th grade at
Bellaire High School...

David Frankfort
David is the brother of Todd M. Frankfort and Dana M.
Frankfort. He is in the 7th grade at the I. Weiner School
where he is vice-president of the Student Council and a
member of the basketball team. He will symbolically share
his Bar Mitzvah with Maxim Yankelevich of Leningrad,
Russia who is not free to practice his religion. Family and
friends are cordially invited to join David and his family in
worship.
Jennifer is a student at The Kincaid School where she enjoys
tennis and track. Jennifer, her parents and her brothers
Lenny and Jeff invite their friends and family to celebrate this
joyous event which will be shared symbolically with Dina
Cirelson of the Soviet Union who someday will know religious
freedom.
