Lavaca, will host a spring art
show in conjunction with the
Calhoun Culture and Cuisine
Festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.,
Saturday, March 28. Entries will
be accepted from 10 a.m. to 2
p.m. Friday, March 27. Judging
will begin at 4 p.m. All artists
and art students in Calhoun
County are asked to enter. Each
artist may enter a total of six
paintings. Guidelines for entries
are available at the Port Lavaca
Art guild on Tuesdays from 8:30
am until 4:30 p.m.

band and color guard will host
a barbecue fundraiser from
