tions for the Crismon Tree. Harvest
Festival plans were completed for the
kitchen workers. Rosalia Robison
announced that lap robes are needed
to be made for the two nursing homes.
Margaret Sutton reported on the Book
Reading Program and Janis Calhoun
asked members to save Swanson,
Campbell and Stauffer product la-
bels to help with toys for Day Care
Center.

(FmH A) office located in Comanche,
required as security for longer terms.

in Heritage Hall of the United Meth-
odist Church on the morning of No-
vember 3. The meeting was opened
with prayer by Altha Wilkerson,

doughnut boles, peanuts, apple and
pear slices and dip, coffee and orange
juice. The serving bar was decorated
in a Thanksgiving theme.
The President called the business
meeting to order after Edna Myrle
Wilkerson gave an inspiring talk on
Thanksgiving. She passed out World
Offering Banks for donations to help
children around the world. In the
absence of the Secretary, Wilma
Keen, Barbara Howell gave the
Secretary ’ s report and also her report
as Treasurer.
Alene Otwell gave the Nominat-
ing Committee's report on new 1994
officers. The members voted to ac-
cept as President- Altha Wilkerson,
Vice-President- Delta Halford, Sec
retary- Wilma Keen, Treasurer- Bar-
bara Howell, Program Resources
Margaret Sutton, Christian Social
Involvement- Louise Sadberry. Chris-
tian Personhood- Janis Calhoun, Glo-
bal Ministries- Johnnie Williams,
Supportive Community- Billye

“Applications for loans under this
emergency designation will be ac-
cepted until May 10,1994, but fann-
ers should apply as soon as possible.
Delays in applying could create back-
logs in processing and possibly over

Woods said.
FmHA is a credit agency of the
U.S. Department of Agriculture. It is
authorized to provide disaster emer-
gency loans to recognize fanners who
work at and rely on fanning for a
substantial pari of their living. Eligi-
bility is extended to individual farm-
ers who are U.S. citizens and to farm-
ing partnerships, corporations or co-
operatives in which U. S. citizens bold
a majority interest.
The FrnHA office in Comanche is
open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday.

The Dublin EMS is sponsoring a
circus at the Dublin City Park next

Included in the show of more than
100 exotic beasts will be a mixed
