1. The Five Prizes offered jointly by The Arlington Journal 'and C. T. Brower, will be given to
^0 the five candidates who have received the greatest number of coupon votes by 6 p. m. September 5.
M at which time the contest shall be declared officially closed and all votes polled thereafter void.
2. Ballot Box will be opened every Tuesday Afternoon at 4 P. M. and the votes therein counted
