Fire Insurance!
Last Friday just as the third
blizzard. Was disappearing and peo-
ple beginning to breathe easier,
another ’’spell” struck us. It be-
gan with snow, great wads of soft
snow. Saturday it snowed, rained
and sleeeed all day. Sunday every
thing was heavily boated with ice,
most of which melted during the
day. It is though1" that some oats
were killed and vHU have, to be
planted in something else.
Unless irnit has been killed in the
bud, a fine crop is confidently ex-
pected. The ground is soaked,
and by the time it gets dry, even
with favorable weather, it will be
time to plant corn.
