vention, and Dr J D Grey, form-
er pastor of- the First Baptist

pastorate prior to going to his pres-
ent post in New Orleans.
Dr. Hebard expressed the belief
that Dr. Grey will be re-elected to
the head the Baptist group for an-

Wardlaw is the first of two Tar
rant County men indicted by a
special federal grand jury on
charges of income tax evasion. The
trial of Sheriff Sully Montgomery
is set for Monday.
