(WOWW) is dedicated to en-
riching the education of Texas
Panhandle students through arts,
science, and cultural experienc-
es. On Wednesday, February
27th at 6:00pm the 5th Annual
Youth Art Show was held in the
Gilliland Education Room locat-
ed on the first floor of the Globe-
News Center. Ten winners were
presented with $100 prize mon-
ey for best artwork. This amaz-
ing art exposition was for fourth
and fifth graders of the Panhan-
dle. Happy Elementary partic-
ipated in the art show. Robert
Barnett from Happy was named
a winner of a $100 prizes.
