Enclosed is a Warrant which represents your subscription Rights under the Company's
oflering of 1,507,304 shares of common stock to its stockholders. The subscription price and
terms of offering are stated on the Warrant and in the Prospectus which is also enclosed.
Rights are being issued to stockholders on the basis of one Right for each share of stock
held on March 13, 1957.
Thirteen Rights and payment of the full subscription price are required to subscribe for
each share of stock. Such payment must accompany the subscription.
In order to subscribe, you should execute the enclosed Warrant and mail it in the
enclosed envelope or deliver it, together with full payment, to Guaranty Trust Company of
New York, 140 Broadway, New York 15, N. Y., so that it will be received by such Warrant
Agent prior to 3:30 p. in., New York Time, on April 4, 1957.
Please refer to the instructions on page 3 of the Prospectus and on the back of this letter
if additional Rights are needed for your subscription or if you wish to dispose of any of
y1ur Rights.
If you have any questions, they should be addressed to the Company, in care of the

Warrants not received by the Warrant Agent by 3:30 p. m., New York Time, on
