all! And Chevrolet's all-star line of trucks sell at the
LOWEST LIST PRICES IN THE ENTIRE TRUCK FIELD!
Qualify It takes the best to build a Chevrolet
truck!—the finest materials and craftsmanship! That’s
why there's super strength and durability in every
feature of body, cab, engine and chassis.
In just 41 words, Mr. John Brookshire
gives the reasons why he will again choose
Servel Gas Refrigerator: “I have used my
Servel Gas Refrigerator since 1936 and am
pleased to say that it has not cost me one
cent for repairs. The operating cost has
been so small that I have noticed no differ-
ence in my gas bill.”
No wonder Mr. Brookshire says, “I can
truthfully say that if and when I need a
new refrigerator, it will definitely be a
Servel Gas Refrigerator.”
Clearly, a refrigerator giving this kind
of service is worth more. Thousands think
so for thousands are switching to Servel
Gas Refrigerator.

“Yes,” replied the soldier with a

• You can put plenty of confidence in Chevrolet Advance-
Design trucks. It’s a fact that they deliver the goods. It’s a fact,
too, that Chevrolet trucks • have an exclusive combination of
features . . • that they’re built big and rugged to take the tough
going. And it’s a fact, too, that Chevrolet trucks have 3-WAY
THRIFT . . . that they have triple economy in low-cost opera-
tion, low-cost upkeep and lowest list prices! And when you add
up these advantages you can see why more people use
Chevrolet trucks than any other make! The fact is, they’re
a great American value!

1&4
Rheumatism is an inflammatory
disease which may be either acute
or chronic. Again it may be either
general or localized.
Primarily the cause of rheumat-
ism lies in spinal subluxations
which interfere with the nerve sup-
ply joint. .The mebranes of the
joint receive vital energy through
the nervous system from the brain.
It is just as necessary for them to
receive that vital energy as it is for
the muscles of the body to receive
their messages through the nervous
system in ordei’ to contract. The on-
ly place where the nerve trunks
conveying this vital energy can be
compressed is where they make their
exit through the intervetebral (fora
mina). If there is a slight abnor-
mality in the position of one or more
of the spinal segments, it causes
pressure on the-nerve trunk which
leads to deficient function. The
Chiropractor is trained in the
knowledge of nerve distribution. He
knows that nerves which supply the
knee joint make their exit from the
spine, at a certain definite area.
The great virtue in Chiropractor’s
procedure is that he removes the
cause responsible for the rheumatism
and thus the resuts are lasting. -
