Dear Mt. Vernon,
Having a wonderful time,
wish you were here.
Jim, we have been to
sheep farms, cattle farms,
tobacco farms, cotton
farms, sun flower farms,
peanut farms and every-
thing else you could think of
in Australia, and we still
have a long list to see.
We pre having a six
months tour in six weeks.
When I said I would send you
weekly reports, I did not
realize we would be this
busy. We start at 7:30 or 8:00
a m. and after the tours and
meetings get back to the
place we are staying, around
12 midnight.
We have been in the
western flat lands but are
now in the mountains. We
finally got to see something
that looked different from
Texas. Its beautiful. Friday
we head down the coast and
they say that is very
different also.
We are being received
very well. I think Tish will
agree this was the best $20.00
she ever spent.
Enclosed are the shots
taken the first day and at
Tamworth where we were
officially welcomed by the
mayor. All for now,
