peaceful empire much sooner than
they expected. The Ethiopian is
utterly incapable of sustained ef-
fort. That fact has been demon-
strated time after time in the
history of the country. It was re-
peated during the war and it Is
probable that it will be seen again.
Their volatile temperament might
cause them to rise up in rebellion
occasionally if they had little re-
spect for the government. But the
fear of Marshal Graziani is well
engraved on the minds of the
people.
Al! Know Graziani
Graziani embodies the power of
Rome in the minds of the people
and there is not a beggar on the
streets who doesn’t know his name.
It has been affirmed officially
with mules and dust clouds were
raised that yellowed the landscape.
Once again caravans are beginning
to plod the trails, bearing coffee,
cotton, hides and grain to the
markets and taking back loads
of cloth and knick-knacks to de-
light the hearts—and stomachs of
those at home.

It is pMTi-

these districts whites will direct

AUDIS ABABA, Feb. 12 (UP)—
Ethiopian resistance rapidly Is
approaching the vanishing point
as the new year starts.
Long columns of Italian troops
are swing southward along the
lakes, others are cutting through
to the borders of the Sudan, still
others are going toward Jinuna to
occupy the rich coffee lands in-
cluding the province of Kaffa from
Which coffee got its name, while
two other columns are- proceeding
slowly toward Cancer in the east
and Ball in the southeast.
Squadrons of bombers are daily
flying over the regions which have
not yet submitted, demonstrating
the power of Italy to any one
who may be In doubt.
Not one organized Ethiopian
force now oppose these troops.
The few remaining groups have
been smashed and their leaders
killed. Now the scattering bands
of brigands are retreating and re-
turning to more peaceable occu-
pations.
We want you to come in and visit with us Saturday. We will have on exhibit the
world’s largest sack of flour. We will have special music that you will enjoy. We
want you to get acquainted with the famous Red Crest Flour. Remember every
sack is guaranteed to give absolute satisfaction.

It Is almost surprising to know
that 61 people were in Sunday
School last Sunday. However,1
when people are so loyal as ours
to their church and its organiza-

As a protection against colds, a
' healthy body is sven better than
umbrellas or overshoes.
I But so many people let common
constipation get them in a “run-
down” condition — where they are
likely to cstch ths first cold that
comes along. ,
Keep feeling well this winter.
Avoid constipation by eating Kel-
logg’s All-Bran every day. It fur-
nishes corrective “bulk," as well as
vitamin B to tone up the intestines.
Also iron for the blood.
Tn the body, All-Bian absorbs
twice its weight in water, forms a
soft mass, and gently sponges out
the system. Just eat two table-
spoonfuls daily In chronic cases,
with uch meal.
How much better to eat this food
instead of taking weakening pills
t and drugs' Serve All-Bran as a
cereal with milk or fruits, or cook
into recipes. Sold by all grocers.
