As the end of the 2018-2019 school year wrapped up, several
teachers retired or resigned including: Coach Lillard, Bart Bodine, Rena
Turner, Mary Taylor, Holly Murphy, Aaron Whitmire, Mason Edwards, and
Karen Reeves.
During the school board meeting held on April 23, 2019, a contract
was approved for a 187 day Probationary LIS Art Teacher along with a 202
day Dual Probationary contract for Gregory Millerick and Cody Patterson
was approved for a 187 day Probationary Teacher Contract for Kristi
Donaldson, Erin Holmes, and Courtney Perry for the 2019-2020 school
Elementary Counselor for the 2019-2020 school year was also approved. A
new Athletic Director contract was approved for a two year term for Kevin
Wiggins for the 2019-2021 school years. The board also approved the
purchase of two new school route buses for a total of $75,000.00.
During the school board meeting held June 20th 2019, a contract
was approved for a 187 day Probationary Teacher/Nurse Contract for
Sydney Hudson for the 2019-2020 school year.
