Sunday Charlie Burks and Romeo
Tunsell became involved in a
R quarrel and Tunsell came on to
itihg h^s Burks, and another party with
him,,and told them that he was
going to kill them—then began
to shoot; they dodged behind a
b^rreh*. The- party with Burks
bad a gun but dropped it and ran.
Charlie then picked up the gun
and shot Tunsell in the breast
with squirrel phot—Burks came to
town aad surrendered,

miles north of here on Rocky

result will be. The wounded
