after making personal inspection of
Navasota streets with a view to de-
termining whether free ninll delivery
should be installed here. His letter
to Postmaster J. M. Sloan, proposed
territory to lie thus served by mail
carrier, proposed schedule of carrier,

herewith.

The directors unanimously* passed a
resolution giving endorsement to the
Government’s plan of printing stamp-
ed envelopes for Individuals and
firms. Request to pass such a resolu-
tion was presented and the directors
acceded to the request.
