He died suddenly last F ri-
day in Victorville, Cali-

Abilene under direction of

Meeting Tonight
A special public meet-
ing of the Rendon Inde-
pendent School District
board of trustees has been
called for Thursday
(March 30) at 7:30 p.m.
in the Rendon School bym-
nasium.
Residents of the dis-
trict are invited to hear
a report from the board
on progress they have
made. A professional ap-
praiser, Barnard Baker,
also will be on hand to
give information on the
current property tax
equalization program be-
ing carried out.
