What our country needs
is more people who know
what this country needs.

A mother wanted her
son to have an aptitude
test at school because
as she told the teacher,
"He's apt to do most any-
thing."
Some women have a
split personality. When-
ever they meet a man with
money, they are ready to
split it with him.

One man is so obnox-
ious that many of his-
acquaintances have named
their first ulcers after
him.

He will never get sick
because no germ could
stand him.

He is the answer to a
maiden's prayer. No
wonder so few girls are
praying nowadays.

"mind their children" it

Use patching plaster to fill
large holes in plaster. This
is preferable to plaster of
paris because it doesn’t set
quite so quickly and is easier
to trowel smoothly. Patching
plaster will begin to set in
15 or 20 minutes, so mix no
more than you can use in
that time. If it starts to hard-
en in the pan, scrape it out
and mix a fresh batch rather
than adding water to the old.
Vinegar and water (half and
half) will slow down the dry-
ing time if this factor is im-
portant to you.
