COSQUILLAS
De JESUS ROSALES MORALES
ESTE ES UN POEMA DE
MUCHAS COSQUILLAS,
NO ES QUE ESTE CHISTOSO
LO QUE SIEMPRE PASA
EN ESTE RELATO ES DE MENTIRILLAS.
SUCEDIO QUE UN DIA...
CAMINO A LA ESCUELA
CUANDO IBA SOLO POR AQUEL SENDERO,
ME SALIO UN DRAGON
NO LE TUVE MIEDO,
CLARO DE QUE NO:
SI CORRI DE PRONTO
FUE PORQUE TOCARON
EL TIMBRE EN LA ESCUELA
PA 'ENTRAR AL SALON.
IBA YO CORRIENDO
CUANDO DE REPENTE PUF.'/
QUE SALE HUMO POR AQUEL RINCON,
SABEN LO QUE ERA?
TIENEN UNA IDEA?
PUES? ERA UNA BRUJA
CON UN OJO TUERTO Y UN GRAN ESCOBON;
UN ESCOBA GRANDE,
MAS GRANDE QUE UN RENO,
ME MIRO DE FRENTE
Y POR EL OJO BUENO
LE SALIA MUCHO HUMO Y HASTA CREO
QUE UN TRUENO.
NO LE TUVE MIEDO,
CLARO DE QUE NO:
SI SALI CORRIENDO
FUE PORQUE TOCARON
EL TIMBRE EN LA ESCUELA
PA 'ENTRAR AL SALON.

AL LLEGAR CORRIENDO JUNTITO A LA PUERTA
DE FRENTE A LA ESCUELA,
ME SALIO UN FANTASMA QUE GRITABA FUERTE:
ME DUELE LA MUELA?
NO LE TUVE MIEDO, CLARO DE QUE NO,

FUE PORQUE EL MAESTRO POR DECIR MENTIRAS
ME DIO UN COSCORRON...
JESUS ROSALES MORALES
mi imaginación, pensó, volvio a sentir esa
no pudo.

sencillo.
Recomendamos a nuestros lectores este
libro, cuya lectura sera altamente benefi-
do. Cuesta $0.75 centavos. Men cione por
cano Times.
AMOR
I once had a love I thought to be
so puré and so very true.
You could say I had the whole
world in my hands.
Now as I look back on those days.
I remember them with sweet tenderness.
A loving. laughing sometimes crying
experience I had with leve So puré and
innocent.
It doesn’t hurt so much anymore like
it did when I found out that love was
not a staying thing.
I can still say, "It’s better to have
loved and lost than to have never loved
at all."
