Jet Passengers
In New World;
No Vibration
:tXEVV YORK, May HI (Spl) —
Passengers in jet planes will find
themselves iii a new world of near-
ly vibrationless flight, higher than
commercial passengers have ever
flown before, Avation Week, Mc-
Graw-Hill publication says.
As of last week, anyone can
buy a ticket for a jet ride from
London to Johannesburg, South
Africa, in the British Overseas
Airways de llavilland Comet. Later
Comet jet service may be extended
to N,-w York, Washington and the
West Indies, according to the mag-
azine.
In a jet, there is no feeling of
speed or even of movement in level
cruising. Flying is remarkably
steady in the Comet, riding over
seven miles high at nearly film
•i.iles an hour.
Weather lies forgotten undei
■iouds far below. Only occasional
t" .pica! cloud tops or wisps of
ice crystals reach that high. In a
cl.-ar sk> of intense brilliance and
hhicncss, one views the horizon,
which might be ^Uli miles away
anil except for the seas, color is
almost tost. Eight and dark shades
provides contrasts.
Any landmark within aO miles
in any direction appears to be al-
most directly beneath.

Let us measure T-
your
insurance needs
Insurance has become more of
a science than it was years ago.
There are more kinds of pro-
lection now, and there are com-
binations of policies that can be
made—often at a great saving.
There are new protections
that you may not know about.
Your insurance against many
possible disasters may now be
inadequate, in view of increased
replacement costs of property.
Even damage suits are bigger
now.
Let us survey fully your current need-; for protection
against fire. wind, theft, embezzlement, accidents, damage
suits, interruption of business and other risks.
