A M. Walker of Whit eface gave
his granddaughter in marriage.
She wore a white embroidered or-
gandy dress over satin which was
designed and made by her mother.
She wore matching mitts and her
short French illusion veil was at-
tached to a Parisian half hat. She
carried a white Biblo topped by a
white orchid with white satin rib-
bon shower. Her something old was
her Bible; something new, a strand
of pearls, a gift of the groom;
something borrowed, ear screws and
something blue, a garter.
Miss Mahdeen West of Joshua
was maid of honor and Misses Jo
Hampton of Abilene a-.id June
Frances of Mineral Wells were
bridesmaid?. Miss West wore a
dress of green organdy with
matching head dress. The brides-
maids wore identical dresses of
yellow organdy with matching
headdress. They carried colonial
bouquets of painted daises. Flower
girls were Mary Kay McNallen of
Big Spring and Arlf.ie C> of
Clovis, New Mexico, both cousins
of the groom. Glenn Stinson, of
Odessa, cousin of the bride, was
ring bearer.
The candles were lit by Misses
Mary Beth Tunnell and Ann Baum,
both of Cross PlaLis. They wore
ballerina length dresses of laven-
der organdy, with white flower
head pieces.
Donald Deere of Dallas was best
man. Ushers were Charles Muck
Holdridge of Cross Plains and
Jimmy Barros of Breckenridge.
