express your good wishes

mingle again with others of the

carries a weight of sincerity and

equal sincerity: “It’s good to

Father Got Two And Son One
Deer hunters are having
pretty good luck here this sea-
son.
Raymond Roesler, who resides
on the Turner’s farm near El-
linger, bagged the first deer
here on the opening day. He
said he shot the four-pointer
in the Richard Maikoetter’s
pasture about four miles south
of Ellinger. He brought it to
town at 7:30 AM. It weighed
82 pounds.
Two hours later the second
buck was a four-pointer brought
In by Alfred Martinek, killed
in the Joe Chernik’s ranch near
Ellinger.
Next day Friday, Mr. Roes-
ler was still having luck. He
brought In another buck at 10
AM killed in the Ben Buxkem-
per’s ranch about seven miles
from Ellinger. The eight-point-
er tipped the scale at 120
pounds.
Saturday morning his son
Raymond, Jr. who attends a
business college in Houston
came home to spend the week-
end and he also went hunting
on the Buxkemper’s ranch. At
9:30 AM he brought a four-
pointer here.
More luck for Alfred Marti-
nek, he reached town at 9 AM.
Saturday with another four-
point buck.
