and erecting of awnings within a pre-
scribed district of tlie city of Navaso-
ta, Grimes counit, Texaa,and fixing a
penalty for the violation thereof.
Be it Ordaihed by the City Council of
the City of Navasota:
Sec 1. That it shall hereafter be un-
lawful for any person to build or erect,
or cause to be builded or erected, in
thia city, within the district bounded as
follows:
Beginning on Washington avenue at
a south continuation of the opening be^
tween the Smith and Freeman prop-
erty. Thence on both sides of said
