cellars within said limits, are hereby
required to permit the city marshal, or
any officer or member of the police
force, to inspect their buildings, col-
lars, and premises to see If this
ordinance Is compiled with, and it is
hereby made the duty of the city
marshal or any officer or member
of the police force to make such in-
spections. Any person violating any
| of the provisions of this ordinance,
I shall be deemed guilty of a mlsde-
i meanor, and upon conviction in the
major's court, shall be fined in any
[sum not exceeding one hundred dol-
lars for each offense.
