1909, Herman Weber ezecuted and
delivered a certain deed of trust to
Edwin Zedler, as trustee, conveying
to said trustee lot numbered one (1),
in block numbered eighty-five (86),
situated in the city of Bay City, in
the county of Matagorda, in the
State of Texas, according to a map
or plat of the original town of Bay
City, duly recorded In Vol. 6, pages)
36-39, deed records of Matagorda
County, Texas; said lot fronts 5V
feet upon Avenue F and runs back
between parallel lines HO feet, to a
20-foot alley and is the same lot con-
veyed by J. W. Magill to said Web-
Iter by deed dated March 4, 1909, and]
recorded in Vol. 24,
deed records of Matagorda
Texas, to which reference
made. Bald deed of trust being exe-
cuted to secure the payment of one
certain promissory note dated Novem-
ber 2nd. A. D. 1909. for the sum of
seven hundred and no-100 (1700.00)
dollars, executed by the said Herman
Webber to «. L. Routt, and payable
to the order of said Routt, at
Bay City. Texas, 2 years after date,
hearing interest at the rate of ten
(10 per cent) par centum per annum
from date, the Interest payable an-
nually as It accrues.
And whereas, all of said indebted-
ness la now past due and unpaid and
the said M. L. Routt is now dead and
nt the time of his death was the own
er and holder of said indebtedness.
And whereas, I have been
requested by the heirs nt law of said
M. L. Routt, deceased, and by the le-
gal representatives of his estate, I
enforce said trust, I will offer for
sale, between the legal hours thereof,
to-wlt: Between the hours of 10
o’clock a. m. uud 4 o’clock p. m., at
public auction. Io the highest bidder,
for cash, on the first Tuesday in
March, A. D. 1915, the same being the
2nd day of March, A. D. 1915, at the
court house door of Matagorda Coun-
ty. in the town of Bay City, in the
county of Matagorda, in the State of
Toxas, the said lands nnd premises
hereinbefore described.
