Flood protection or prevention,

portant and vital question. It should
lie thoroughly discussed, cussed and
rceip sed until some good and feas-
ible plan is readied to carry on this
great and good undertaking. I'm no
engineer nor a son of mi engineer:

it, feeling thnt many good ideas, also
inventions originated with "dmn-

flood control. I'm a firm believer in
flood control and protection
all things that will reclaim and
