Ordinance Number 139 of the City ot
Hay City, Texas, be, and the same is
hereby amended so that same shall

Section 1. All drivers ot wheeled

! in the City of Bay City, Texas, shall
keep to the right of said streets and
; avenues, and shall not turn thereon,
except at intersections of said
