Eight men were Injured and five
arrested when members of rival
A. F. of L. unions, the Brother-
hood of Railway Clerks and the
Teamsters, battled at the Michi- I
gan Central station in Detroit as
the result of a dispute over bar-
gaining rights at the Railway Ex-
press agency. The National Rail-
way Mediation Board had award-
ed the rights to the brotherhood
after a month-long strike by the
latter. Cyril Aiett, shown above,
a member of the brotherhood, was
injured in the clash.
