"In Memory Of Mrs. Sublett"
The people of our community
and joining communities were
saddened recently to hear of the
death of Mrs. A. W. Sublett, who
passed away at her home in
Mrud. Okla., on October 6. She
and Mr. Sublett reared their
family here. Before moving to
Dye Mound they resided in the
Hardy community. Our deepest
sympathy goes to her husband,
their two daughters, four sons
and grandchildren.
Wednesday evening of
week the'W. S. C. S. of the First
Methodist Church entertained
the church families with a chili
supper under sponsorship of the
Austex Company at the Orton
and Butler Building.
The hostesses had beautifully
decorated the building, carrying
out the Thanksgiving motif. The
tables made a “U” in the center
