Have a Coke is a friendly phrase right in the carefree picnic spirit.
There’s friendliness in every sip of ice-cold Coca-Cola. There’s life,
sparkle and goodness that bring out the sunny side in everybody.
Yes, Coke always makes picnic time, or any time, refreshment time.

Reversed by Court
AUSTIN. Tex June 20—(4*)—For '
the second time the court of crimi-
nal appeals today reversed and re- I
manded the criminal libel convlc- 1
tion of William Prescott Allen, pub-
lisher of the Laredo Times
The court first reversed the con- I
viction on Feb 21 Both Alkm and
the state filed rehearing motions
The court after heating rehearing
arguments withdrew its original
opinion and wrote a new one
which, however, had the same ef-
fect as the first
The new opinion, by Presiding
Judge Hawkins, said the evidence
Is "deemed sufficient
to support the conviction" but it
reversed the conviction because the j
case was "too generally" submitted
to the trial Jury
