A large sunburst arrange-
ment of white gladioli and
chrysanthemums decorated the Jackson, David
nuptial space. Wild smilax and Clarence Daniels,
huckleberry were on the choir Rankin, Jr., of Morgan City,
Spiral candelabra en- La., nephew of the bride, was
ring (bearer and Brenda Carol
Harvick of this city, the bride’s
niece, was flower girl.
The bride’s parents were
hosts for a reception at the
church. The refreshment ta-
ble was centered with the
■| veil of French silk illusion. She
wore a single strand of pearls,
a gift of the bridegroom. Her
bouquet was of white butter-
fly roses carried on a white
Bible.
Miss Lavonnie Glenn of this
city was maid of honor. Brides-
maids were Misses Barbara
Brown, sister of the groom,
Susan Anderson apd Mrs. Carl
Nichols.
The bridal attendants wore
floor-length gowns of cranber-
ry red taffeta, designed with
scooped necklines, elbow-length
sleeves and controlled bell-
shaped skirts. They wore
matching headpieces and car-
ried crescent bouquets of eu-
calyptus leaves.

man. Groomsmen were E d
Barnett, Stanley West and
Jerry Elam. Ushers were John
Moore, Norman Jones, Jim
Jackson, David Powell and
