That’s the long and shoYt of the
case; excepMbet to an ordinary
common mortal up a tree some
body has painfully blundered.
This aforesaid San Antonio
injunction was served some eight
days ago. Whether or not / it is
mit for return to days from date clothed with any validity and lies
in a question—it exists. And by
the interview with Mr.* ’Brigance
he won’t ignor% it. No right think-
ing citizen is going to advocate
ov*r riding a court’s decree,
no matter how abnoxious or neau-
sitting some particular decree may
appear to the individual—it is a
dangetous precedent to set and a
leap toward anarchy.
Most especially is this true when,
no steps whatsoever has been made
to dissolve the obnoxious and ille-
gal restraint, when those steps are
plain, straight forward, easy and
adequate; and ample time has al-< oniy verv inconvenient, but
ready lapsed f0r obtaining that re- easily, and self defense de:
lief.
Should Judge Smither be asked
to convene his court in special ses-
sion to hear this imported injunc-
tion he would doubtless do so im-
mediately. Tf the order did not
lie and had no validity it would be
i dismissed instanter. If it was
a lawful he would hear it
and decide it on its merits. He
