Johnson, negro, who was recently ar-
rested here on charges of carrying a
pistol, pleaded guilty and was fined
$100.00 and costs. Walter paid $15
down on his fine and was released on
convict bond. One hundred and elev-
en dollars remains to be paid, which
he has arranged to pay on the install-
ment plan. .
