Adoption of the standard milk ordi-
nance by every town in East Texas
will be urged. The committee has aj>-
proved the program of -the State
'Health I department and has pledged
its adherence and cooperation. Mos-
quito control also will be given prom-
inent attention...
A county health unit, composed of
a health officer, inspector and nurse,
for every East Texas town, also is
contemplated.
The State department will defray
