25 YEARSAGO
One of the sadest deaths we have
had to record in many a day is the
death of Miss Mary Belle Smith of
Anderson. Deceased went down to
Houston last week to attend the car-
nival and visit the family
aunt, Mrs. C. T. Kodkin, and
stricken with malignant
fever.
Pete Parker of Anderson is just
back from a trip to Oklahoma, and
says it is th© finest country he ever
saw. He says they are giving $1.00
; per hundred for cotton pickers.
The German Club gave an informal
dance last night Quite a represents
tive crowd was out and all enjoyed the
evening.

Long experience with all kinds
has convinced us that it is the
world’s best house paint.
And it costs fess on yotjr

course you can buy paints at a
lower cost per gallon. But you
are not interested in gallon
price. The one thing of im-
portance to you is, **how much
will it cost to paint my house?”
SWP costs less per job be-
cause few gallons are needed.
Its wonderful body thoroughly
coven more square feet of sur-
face per gallon.
And when the job is com-
pleted you have the beet pro-
tection and clean, true colon
that retain their beauty to the
very last.
The best way to prove the
economy of SWP is to get our
estimate. Come in and see how
convincing our figures are.
You’ll enjoy looking over our
big, new book showing the ,
latest color suggestions, too. Do
it before ruinous winter doub-
les the cost of repainting.
