Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Three
& 75-100 Dollars with interest thereon
from the 21st day of January 1925. al

suit under a Judgment in favor of
Paul Boomer in a certain cause in said
Court. No. 6032 and styled Paul Boom-
er vs. B. A. Wiley et al.. afid in which
Paul Boomer is plaintiff and B. A.
Wiley J. V. Clarke H. L. Goode. H. J.
Sandmoier W. B. Harderson. Annie
Caroline Harderson and Mid-states In-

defendant® and in which judgment was
