fully married on March 20. 1914; that they
lived together until about January 15 1924 ;
that defendant was guilty of cruel treat-
ment and outrages toward plaintiff and fur-
ther that defendant lived in adultery with a
man. the name of whom is unknown to
plaintiff; that the actions and conduct of
defendant as alleged are of such a nature
as to render their further living together in-
surr'ortahle.
Plaintiff’s prayer is that he have judgment
forever annulling and dissolving the bonds
of .marriage heretofore existing between
them; that it be adjudged that there is nr.
community property of said marriage; that
plaintiff have his costs of suit and relief
