Texas Valley _ League according to
Pat Newman president of the loop

Mr. Newman said that Ben Ep-
xtein and Woods Christian of Har-
lirgen were back of the move to
have Harlingen j<>:n the Tvxn i Val-
ley League which was formerly the
Gulf Coast League. The city has not
taken out a franchise as yet how-
