States district court Thursday. When
pleas of guilty were entered the judge -<

defendants pleaded not guilty the
judge set time for a trial by jury. No
new indictments were returned Thurs

night. Oct. 3. in the library at the
High School building. All members
were present except Mr. Boone and
Mr Wesson. The regular routine of
business engaged their attention for
the first part of the session. The
